Let's start the beginning of your dental journey.

At Woodling Oral Surgery, we believe in providing personalized treatment plans that cater to each patient's unique needs, goals, and budget. To achieve this, Dr. Woodling follows a three-step approach with new patients, beginning with a thorough consultation with our treatment plan coordinator who will be present during every appointment. We have found that this approach leads to better patient outcomes and a higher level of care, as it allows us to get to know our patients both personally and clinically.

Patient education is also a significant component of our approach, as we believe that well-informed patients tend to be healthier ones. Although this approach may require more time compared to other oral surgery offices that prioritize speed, we have found that our patients appreciate the extra attention and personalized care that we provide.

Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about what to expect at your first appointment. If you have any queries or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. We want you to feel completely confident in your decision to receive treatment from us.

You’ll then sit down with Dr. Woodling who will ask you about your medical history as well as any pressing dental concerns you might have.

Accepted Insuances

Accepted Dental Insurance

Dr. Woodling understands that a patient's financial worries should not take precedence over their oral health requirements, as delaying treatment may lead to more severe, costly, and painful issues. At Woodling Oral Surgery, we accept various major dental insurance plans and will assist you in maximizing your benefits by filing claims on your behalf.

Typically, dental insurance plans cover extractions as advanced restorative care at around 50% of the cost. However, coverage percentages may vary depending on the specific plan.

Coverage for dental implants can be more complicated. While some plans cover the surgical placement of implants, others do not. Additionally, some plans cover the extraction or the crown, while others do not. Nevertheless, most plans offer benefits for new teeth such as crowns or dentures. To determine the specifics of your plan's coverage for a particular treatment, it is best to consult with your insurance provider. At Woodling Oral Surgery, we understand that navigating the complexities of dental insurance can be challenging. That's why we provide a dedicated team to assist you in maximizing your benefits. You can rest assured that our team will work tirelessly to answer your insurance questions and claims and ensure you receive the best possible care at an affordable cost.
